How to apply for a repair
Please contact support@saberforms.com subject line “Repair Request [order number]” if you experience any complications with your saber. Our team will assist you with approving for your saber for repair. Depending on your warranty status, a charge may applied for the repair.
Our technicians rely on the details written on YOUR E-MAIL to know how to process all sabers sent back to our facility for repair/upgrade/exchange. It is very important to be specific when Writing E-mail. Our technicians are unable to perform services on returned sabers that have not been approved by customer service representatives.
