If within the first 14 after delivery you are unsatisfied, returning your order is as easy as contacting us and beginning the return process.
Due to the nature of our product being custom made, Items may only be returned for store credit or exchange
In order to send in your return, it must be authorised by our return staff.
Contact Us with the subject "Return Request" and include your order number for approval.
Your order number can be found on your order confirmation or any update emails that we have sent you regarding the order (such as tracking).
If you no longer have your order number, please include the email address and first and last name used for the order.
Returns must be in pristine condition and in original packaging to be eligible for exchange. Shipping is covered by the buyer.
